Rest day today but need to close the move ring so went for early morning stroll today in the fresh snow.
First day back and work making it a little more difficult to schedule time for a workout. Hitting up lunch time with a HIIT workout.
Managed to cram 2 workouts in today (Apple Fitness is fantastic). Functional Strength and Yoga. Respect to the trainer holding a class with artificial leg.
